We are a licensed MOT testing station for Class I, II, & IV vehicles. This means we can test cars, vans and motorbikes. We have the equipment to test vehicles running on all types of fuel – petrol, diesel, LPG, hybrid and electric vehicles.
All cars over 3 years old are legally required to undergo an annual MOT test. An MOT test is a test to check the roadworthiness and safety of your vehicle at that point in time.
We send out MOT reminders either by email or text, to every vehicle we have tested, a month before it next becomes due.
We charge £45.00 (rrp. £54.85) for our MOT tests on cars and vans.
We ask customers to book MOT tests, to save them waiting time, although we will always try to accommodate those who come in without an appointment. We can now take on line bookings (there is a green button below). We book tests on the hour, every hour in the morning: Monday to Friday 8am – midday and on the half hour in the afternoons: 1:30pm - 4:30pm. We invested in a purpose built Motorbike MOT area, at our Heath Lane site so that we could offer tests on bikes as an extra service for our customers. Our testers, Geoff and Adam, have bikes themselves, so have an added interest!
